Previous Issues
Wonder Woman #8
Brian Azzarello: writer
Cliff Chiang: artist & cover
Words: 7/10
Pictures: 8/10
Recommend: I think this is one of the few issues that could stand on its own. At least people get name checked and the premise of the story is something easily understood.
Buy Next Issue: I'm still good with this story. I'll keep coming back.
Wonder Woman #7
Brian Azzarello: writer
Cliff Chiang: artist & cover
Words: 7/10
Pictures: 7/10
Recommend: Nice little one off issue of sorts, but you need some background in mythology to follow along and enjoy this more. If you don't have any background in it, then you need to read some wikipedia articles or something.
Buy Next Issue: Yea. And I'm saying that with a bout 70% confidence level in the book. That's down from the 100% confidence level I had when the book first started.

Brian Azzarello: writer
Tony Akins: pencils
Akins & Dan Green: inks
Words: 5/10 - I'm lost. Even as a comic fan and someone with this comic since issue #1, that's not good.
Pictures: 4/10 - bleh. Give me the series regular again, please.
Recommend: No. I may change my mind upon a re-read with the other five issues, but for now I will firmly say no.
Buy Next Issue: For now it is on the monthly pull list, put I need to see the quality return to this comic with some clearer story telling or else it is goodbye.

Brian Azzarello: writer
Tony Akins: artist
Words: 7/10 - Please let me know who we are dealing with here.
Pictures: 7/10 - Just not the same.
Recommend: Eh. Pass on this one.
Buy Next Issue: If it helps to complete this issue, sure. Its just the first time this series has had a bad issue.

Recommend: If this is the first Wonder Woman comic you pick up and expect to see Wonder Woman fighting, then you will be disappointed. Otherwise, it is good stuff.
